1 avocado (medium sized, Hass)
1 medium-large banana
2 TBS coconut milk (can use raw milk or water)
2-3 TBS Carob, Cocoa or Cacao powder (unsweetened)
a pinch of green leaf stevia
a pinch of sea salt
a dash of cinnamon
1/4 TSP powder vanilla extract
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Scoop out the fruit into a food processor & banana, coconut milk (or other) and carob or cocoa powder.
Add other ingredients and blend together until completely silken in texture.
Garnish with shredded coconut & serve chilled.
